Job summary

10ML, a European perfume retailer, seeks a senior analytics leader to own the analytics stack and build trusted metrics across revenue, CAC and LTV. You will partner with growth on attribution and forecasting, and set data governance for the company.

Remote work is available across the EU, with a top-market salary, a learning budget, travel to Dortmund optional, and a perfume allowance to explore the catalog. You will translate complex data into clear leadership-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or data science for ecommerce/marketplaces/consumer tech.
• Strong SQL and Python; hands-on with dbt and cloud warehouses.
• Experience with GA4 and product analytics tools.
• Solid statistics background: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting.
• Ability to explain findings clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics stack: event tracking, the warehouse, data models and dashboards.
• Build trusted metrics for revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, cohorts and retention, and make them self-serve.
• Partner with growth on attribution, incrementality and marketing mix modelling.
• Build demand forecasting for inventory and purchasing with the supply team.
• Run deep dives addressing leadership questions this week.
• Set data quality, privacy and governance standards for the company.
