Job summary

10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. As Head of Growth, you own the full growth engine across European markets: acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion into new countries and channels.

You will lead performance marketing, SEO, CRM and partnerships, set targets with budgets, run a rigorous experimentation programme across site, checkout, offers and onboarding, and plan market entry with content, care and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in D2C e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer brands, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Track record of scaling paid and organic channels profitably across several European countries.
• Fluency with unit economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, cohort retention.
• Hands-on comfort with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and SQL-level analysis.
• Fluent English; German or another EU language is a strong plus.

As Head of Growth, you own the full growth engine across European markets: acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion into new countries and channels.

What you will do
