10ML is seeking a senior analytics leader to own the analytics stack, build trusted metrics, and collaborate with growth on attribution and forecasting. You will shape data governance and be the voice of analytics in a fast-growing European perfume retailer.

Based in Dortmund or remote within the EU, the role offers a top-market salary with a yearly bonus, a generous learning budget, holiday entitlement, and a range of perks tied to data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or data science in e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer tech.
• Excellent SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GA4, product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools.
• Solid statistics: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting.
• The ability to explain a complex finding in two clear sentences, in English.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics stack: event tracking, warehouse, data models and dashboards.
• Build trusted metrics for revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, cohorts and retention, and make them self-serve.
• Partner with growth on attribution, incrementality and marketing mix modelling.
• Build demand forecasting for inventory and purchasing with the supply team.
• Run deep dives answering leadership's questions this week.
• Set data quality, privacy and governance standards for the company.
