Scento is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to own the entire data function, from pipelines to models, enabling rapid, trustworthy answers for all teams. The role sits in a fast-growing European business with Paris and Berlin offices and EU remote options.

Lead data strategy, analytics, and product metrics to guide marketing spend, inventory, and assortment decisions. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 8+ years in analytics or data science.
• 3+ years leading a data function in ecommerce or consumer tech.
• Excellent SQL and statistics.
• Marketing measurement including incrementality and attribution.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own data foundations: warehouse, pipelines, metrics, dashboards.
• Build attribution, cohort, lifetime value and margin models for marketing spend.
• Forecast perfume and decant demand with operations and buying.
• Enable self-serve analytics across teams with a single source of truth.
• Set roadmap, standards, and hiring plan for the data function as it grows.
