10ML is seeking a senior analytics leader to own the analytics stack, build trusted metrics, and collaborate with growth on attribution and forecasting. You will shape data governance and be the voice of analytics in a fast-growing European perfume retailer.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or data science in e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer tech.
• Excellent SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GA4, product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools.
• Solid statistics: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting.
• The ability to explain a complex finding in two clear sentences, in English.

Responsibilities

Salary: €110,000 – €150,000 gross per year, plus an annual performance bonus. Dortmund, Germany, or remote within the EU · Full-time, permanent.

Every decision at 10ML runs on data: which perfumes to stock, which markets to enter, which ads to scale. You build the data foundation and the analysis behind 10ML perfume decants and samples, and you turn it into decisions.

What you will do

• Own the analytics stack: event tracking, the warehouse, data models and dashboards
