Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics in Tempe to lead a team delivering analytics across the Endoscopy division. You will stay hands-on with reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions while guiding priorities and stakeholder alignment to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor analysts, develop data models, and push for automation to improve efficiency and enable self-service insights across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
At least 1 year of people leadership or formal coaching experience.
Experience influencing stakeholders and leading teams through change.
Experience delivering analytics solutions from requirements to implementation.
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience developing and troubleshooting data models, including relationships, measures, and semantic models.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of analytics initiatives across projects, managing priorities and timelines.
Develop and deliver analytics solutions including reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and shape analytics delivery plans.
Communicate project status and resolve resource or prioritization challenges.
Coach and develop analytics team through onboarding, performance management, and growth.
Review solutions and provide guidance to improve quality and consistency.
Identify and deploy opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and self-service analytics.
