Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics to drive analytics that shape business decisions across the Endoscopy division. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• At least 1 year of people leadership or project leadership.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and leading teams through change.
• Experience delivering analytics from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives across a project portfolio with priorities and timelines.
• Develop dashboards, reports, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives.
• Communicate status and resolve prioritization or resource challenges.
• Coach and develop a team of analytics professionals.
• Review solutions and provide technical guidance to improve quality.
