Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics to drive analytics across the Endoscopy division. You will lead and grow a team while staying hands-on with reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with stakeholders, influence priorities, and modernize data usage to accelerate performance. The preferred candidate will be based in the Mountain or Central Time Zone and will oversee prioritization, timelines, risks,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for advanced analytics leadership.
Minimum 6 years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
At least 1 year in people leadership or formal coaching.
Experience influencing stakeholders and leading change.
Proven ability to deliver analytics solutions from requirements to support.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics initiatives across a portfolio of projects with priorities and timelines.
Develop dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities for decision making.
Partner with stakeholders to shape analytics solutions and delivery plans.
Communicate project status and resolve prioritization or resource challenges.
Coach and develop a team of analytics professionals.
Review solutions, validate assumptions, and improve quality and consistency.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and self-service analytics.
