Job summary

Stryker Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics within the Endoscopy division to lead analytics initiatives, deliver reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, and grow a team while staying hands-on in delivering measurable business value.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, influence priorities, and shape analytics delivery plans that drive adoption and improve performance. Preference for MTZ or Central Time Zone base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• 1+ year in people leadership or project leadership.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and leading change.
• Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects with scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop analytics solutions: reports, dashboards, automation, AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives.
• Communicate status, manage priorities, and resolve resourcing issues.
• Coach and develop a team of analytics professionals.
