Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics for its Endoscopy division. You will drive analytics that shape business decisions and lead a team of analytics professionals while delivering reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that create measurable value.

The role partners with stakeholders to prioritize analytics initiatives, communicates project status, and mentors the team through performance management and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years in data analytics or BI, with team leadership.
• Experience guiding analytics from requirements to deployment.
• Proficient in Power BI or Tableau and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives across projects, managing priorities and timelines.
• Develop analytics solutions including reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape analytics plans and drive adoption.
• Communicate status, risks, and resource needs to leadership.
• Coach and develop a team of analytics professionals.
• Review solutions and guide quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service analytics.
