Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics to lead analytics initiatives across the Endoscopy division. You will manage priorities and deliver reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities that drive measurable business value.

You will lead a team of analytics professionals, partner with stakeholders, and help modernize data usage while staying hands-on in delivering impactful solutions and ensuring adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• At least 1 year of people leadership or coaching.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change.
• Experience delivering analytics from requirements to deployment.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Data modeling skills including measures and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives with priorities, timelines, and risks.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to align analytics with business goals.
• Communicate project status and resolve resource challenges.
• Coach and develop analytics professionals through performance management.
