Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, Data Analytics to drive analytics initiatives within the Endoscopy division. You will lead a team of analytics professionals while delivering reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business value.

The role emphasizes stakeholder partnership, priority shaping, and data-driven problem solving. The preferred candidate will be based in the Mountain or Central Time Zone, enabling effective collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of people leadership or formal coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions from requirements to implementation.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting data models for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives, managing priorities, timelines, risks, and execution across multiple projects.
• Develop and deliver analytics solutions including reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives and delivery plans that drive adoption and impact.
• Communicate project status and resolve prioritization or resource challenges with leaders.
• Coach and develop analytics professionals through onboarding and performance management.
• Review solutions, validate assumptions, and provide guidance to improve quality and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and self-service analytics.
