CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive for CoStar Data & Analytics on Long Island, NY. You will sell new business and manage a growing client portfolio, delivering tailored CRE analytics solutions.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities within a leading real estate information company. Travel to client sites and industry events is expected as part of a dynamic sales process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Current and valid driver’s license; Driving Record/Abstract check required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting value of CoStar products to CRE industry.
• Account management and portfolio growth.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and market.
• End-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and networks.
