Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking an Account Executive for CoStar Data & Analytics to drive new business and grow an existing client portfolio in the commercial real estate space. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, deliver product demonstrations, and nurture relationships with brokers and CRE professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the CRE industry.
• Manage and expand your client portfolio with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the CRE market.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and build long-term relationships.
