Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/BI analyst to own weekly KPI dashboards and revenue analytics. You will clean and automate CRM data, collaborate with Product Analytics, and prototype AI-powered reports for leadership decisions.

You’ll work with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and support acquisitions and new product lines. A strong SQL background and experience with Snowflake/Salesforce/HubSpot are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics in a SaaS or service context.
• Strong SQL skills and data wrangling across data warehouses.
• Experience with CRM data structures, field mapping, and data-quality workflows.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Sigma/Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run and own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn and customer success.
• Support revenue-sharing, reconciliation, and financing product reporting for finance.
• Clean, complete, and automate CRM data; consolidate fields and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into CRM for leadership visibility.
• Automate manual processes to reduce manual data uploads and errors.
• Prototype reporting with AI tools and work with RevOps leadership to productionize it.
• Stand up reporting for go-to-market, finance, and operations as new areas come online.
• Support acquisitions and evolving data layer; assist data migration and reconciliation.
• Learn and own customer and revenue data model details over time under guidance.
