Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to keep reporting trusted and timely as we scale a fast-growing SaaS business across the US. You’ll own recurring dashboards and data quality initiatives.

You’ll work with SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to normalize data, automate processes, and prototype AI-enhanced insights for executives. The role offers remote-friendly flexibility, a strong learning budget, and opportunities to grow with acquisitions and new

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics.
• SQL expertise; experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Ability to deliver recurring production reports for executives.
• Attention to detail with clean and messy data.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with AI tools for prototyping/analysis.
• Bonus: GTM reporting or finance/accounting reconciliation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Cover go-to-market funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, retention, and CS onboarding.
• Support revenue share reporting, reconciliation, and embedded financing reports.
• Answer ad hoc requests from the executive team and stakeholders.
• Clean, standardize, and enrich CRM data; automate data pipelines.
• Prototype AI-enhanced reporting with production BI integration.
• Stand up reporting for new go-to-market, finance, and operations areas as they come online.
• Support acquisitions data matching, migration, and reconciliation.
