Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/Data Analytics professional who loves turning messy data into trusted numbers. You will own weekly RevOps dashboards, improve CRM data quality, and partner with product, sales, and finance to reveal insights that guide decisions.

You'll harness SQL, Snowflake, and modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and experiment with AI to prototype analyses. Remote-friendly, with opportunities for hybrid collaboration.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, ideally with vertical SaaS experience.
• Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and modern data transformation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with both clean data sources and raw, messy data.
• Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and communicating insights to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting across GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Ensure CRM data remains clean, complete, and automatically updated; standardize and consolidate fields; close data-quality gaps.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into the CRM for cross-team visibility.
• Prototype new reporting with AI tools and integrate successful models into production BI workflows.
• Assist data matching, migration, and reconciliation for acquisitions and compare performance pre- and post-integration.
