Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data & AI Go-to-Market Leader (Director or Senior Director) for New England. Based in Boston, you will own the regional technical vision, oversee solution architecture, and drive pipeline through consultative selling and strategic pursuits.

You’ll lead a team of solution architects and work with sales, delivery, and partners like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI and Anthropic to architect differentiated offerings and win high‑impact deals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership for Data & AI initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architectures and roadmaps.
• Strong track record in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve regional Data & AI offerings and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with partners to co-create joint GTM motions.
• Lead executive discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and demonstrations.
• Mentor architects and GTM leaders to improve technical storytelling and selling.
