Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a Director/Senior Director to lead regional capability strategy across Product Engineering, Cloud, Data and AI in the United States. You will guide go-to-market efforts, coach delivery teams, and partner with clients to achieve outcomes through scalable delivery models.

You will build and sustain client relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape product roadmaps with a strong focus on measurable business value and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep delivery and leadership experience with product engineering, cloud operations, AI-accelerated engineering, and large-scale delivery models.
• Proven ability to build teams, manage client partnerships, and drive revenue outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across global organizations and leading cross-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Align capability strategies with market needs and act as SME and thought leader.
• Deliver billable client work with high-quality outcomes in product engineering and cloud modernization.
• Drive GTM campaigns, RFIs/RFPs, and speaking engagements to build awareness and demand.
