Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, psychology, or other relevant area.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Prior change management and communications experience.
• Superior knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessment across audiences and phases of the project.
• Develop change management and communication strategies and plans based on change impact assessment results.
• Collaborate with the people communications team to create and deliver project communications using standards, processes, tools and templates.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to determine training strategies and assist training execution.
• Develop change network strategy and lead change activations.
• Plan and manage firm-wide communications initiatives for Data and AI.
• Contribute to firm-wide communications for all departments or committees.
• Oversee content creation and editing on firm platforms (e.g., Sidley communications).
• Drive and refine overarching communication plan, approach and methodology.
• Consult with department managers and SMEs on change and communications needs.
• Lead and participate in strategic initiatives for the People Communications team.
