Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Internal Communications and Change Specialist to lead strategic communications and leverage next-gen AI tools to improve engagement and alignment across the organization. The role focuses on content creation, tactical deployment, and coordinating with business partners to ensure timely, effective messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, organizational change, marketing, or related field OR equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience with Generative AI (LLMs) and workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted copywriting and content creation; channel management.
• Advanced data visualization and data analysis knowledge; BI certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Templates, ContactMonkey, Workshop, Poppulo; strong Google Sheets/Data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive strategic communications and change plans; act as in-house consultant to internal clients.
• Support AI agents for BAU tasks to improve efficiency in routine communications.
• Develop business-specific tactics and supporting communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Create and design internal assets (intranet, emails, executive messaging, print, video, podcasts).
• Manage the enterprise editorial calendar and collaborate on weekly internal newsletters.
• Highlight internal stories to client-facing audiences and external partners.
