DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate for DashPass to lead strategy development, run experiments, and translate insights into tests that improve subscriber retention and experience. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Design in a flexible hybrid model, building new opportunities and launching plans from the ground up.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in strategy or operations, SQL analytics, financial modeling, and a proven ability to drive

• 1–3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or related areas.
• Analytical experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives.
• Run experiments to improve subscriber retention and test new ideas.
• Analyze data to explain market performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, etc.
• Build and launch plans for new opportunities from ground up.
• Influence teams to turn ideas into tangible products and processes.
