DoorDash’s DashPass Finance & Strategy team seeks an Associate to own capital allocation, budgeting, and planning for a 20M+ member subscription product. You will sit with DashPass GMs as the finance partner, forecast subscribers and fees, and build zero-to-one models for net-new bets while growing both top and bottom lines.

You’ll partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, S&O, and Analytics on where the next dollar goes; expect high-visibility with executives and a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of strategic finance or investment banking in a high-growth tech company.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling required.
• Proficiency in SQL and a willingness to learn; strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Own DashPass capital allocation and budgeting infrastructure; run weekly budgeting meetings.
• Forecast paid subscribers and subscription fees; contribute to long-range plan.
• Build zero-to-one models for net-new initiatives and analytical frameworks.
• Collaborate with DashPass GMs and senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and Analytics.
