Job summary

Boingo is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager with deep expertise in DAS and ERRCS to hunter-drive new revenue across commercial real estate, healthcare, and hospitality in Miami, FL and nearby markets. You will close multi-million-dollar, multi-carrier deals and lead strategic, consultative engagements.

You will collaborate with RF Engineering and Deployment teams, manage full sales cycles, and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, with travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry

Qualifications

• Record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar B2B sales quotas.
• 5–7 years enterprise B2B DAS/ERRCS/Small Cells sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close high-value DAS/ERRCS deals.
• Lead strategic go-to-market initiatives targeting CRE, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
• Structure and negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder commercial contracts.
• Manage the full lifecycle from deployment, ensuring customer success and long-term value.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene using CRM for forecasting and account planning.
