Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat to build and maintain relationships.
• Respond to inquiries with personalized product/service guidance.
• Resolve client issues to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM for tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team to improve service delivery and client relations.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Stay knowledgeable about offerings and industry trends to inform clients.
