Patrique Mercier Recruitment By Nellie is seeking a Danish Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist to combine technology with healthcare service. You will assist Danish-speaking clients using health tech solutions, helping them overcome issues and maximize product use.

Qualifications

Fluency in Danish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
Experience in customer support, preferably in HealthTech or healthcare.
Strong technical troubleshooting and familiarity with health technology apps.
Excellent customer service and empathy skills.
Experience with remote support tools and CRM is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks.
