Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a customer support role, preferably in health tech or healthcare.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues in health tech products.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices for healthcare usage.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to escalate issues and suggest improvements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to improve support.
