You will collaborate with internal teams, document interactions in the ticketing system, and stay updated on product changes to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the capability to offer effective solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
