UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Coordinator Quality Assurance to support damage prevention efforts in the Operations team. You will conduct field audits, review marks for accuracy, and coach technicians to improve quality and reduce damages.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with management, clients, and field personnel to ensure compliance and safety. A valid high school diploma and relevant locating experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience locating underground utilities and/or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with locate equipment and related tools.
• Ability to coach and mentor technicians.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Operations to identify damage prevention opportunities.
• Identify technicians needing additional training to prevent damages.
• Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with laws and contracts.
• Correct field risk findings and coach technicians.
• Provide feedback to improve quality results and ensure documentation.
• Communicate audit findings to QA and Operations management in writing and verbally.
• Balance multiple duties to meet daily productivity and deadlines.
• Provide witness testimony when required.
• Promote safety culture and quality standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and regulators.
