UtiliQuest, LLC is hiring a Coordinator Quality Assurance to support the Operations team in damage prevention. The role focuses on investigating damages, ensuring field QA, and improving accuracy of field marks through audits and coaching.

The ideal candidate will be organized, communicate effectively, and be ready to work with internal teams and clients to uphold quality standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1+ years locating underground utilities is required.
• 2+ years locating underground utilities preferred.
• Understand utility locating procedures and marking standards.
• Able to troubleshoot difficult locates and interpret utility plats.
• Able to coach and mentor technicians and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations partners to identify opportunities for damage prevention through field audits.
• Identify at-risk field technicians needing additional training.
• Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with state laws and client requirements.
• Correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Field Check partners to improve quality and reduce damages.
