UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Coordinator Quality Assurance to support our Operations partners in damage prevention and quality assurance initiatives. The role focuses on investigations of utility damages and improving field quality to reduce incidents.

You will collaborate with technicians, perform field audits, and provide coaching to ensure compliance with client obligations, state laws, and internal standards. A strong safety culture and timely communication are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years locating underground utilities required; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with utility locating procedures and equipment.
• Ability to coach and mentor technicians and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; safe, professional conduct.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Operations partners to identify opportunities for damage prevention through field audits.
• Identify at-risk Field Technicians needing training to prevent damages.
• Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with state laws and client obligations.
• Correct risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
• Provide feedback to Field Check partners to improve quality and reduce damages.
• Communicate audit findings to QA and operations management.
• Balance multiple duties to meet daily productivity and deadlines.
• Support hands-on utility locate training and education in Damage Prevention.
