You will mentor engineers, lead technical project work, and drive client relationships across the US, including travel to multiple offices. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on design and risk analysis leadership. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in dam engineering, PE/SE licensure, and strong communication and leadership skills to manage complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Professional registration (PE or SE) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead dam engineering practice and drive business development across regions.
• Mentor technical staff and support staff recruitment and growth.
• Oversee dam safety reviews, risk analyses, and rehabilitation design work.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
