Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in water resources or environmental engineering (required).
Professional licensure (P.E.) preferred.
10+ years of hydraulic engineering consulting experience focused on dams and levees.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to grow hydraulic engineering practice.
Coordinate resources and recruit additional team members.
Lead hydraulic analysis and modeling (1-D/2-D/3-D).
Rehabilitation and design of spillways and dam structures.
Support probabilistic risk analysis and flood hazard studies.
Serve as H&H SME on risk assessment teams.
Lead business development, bid management, and client interaction.
