Volt is immediately hiring an Outside Sales Engineer in Dallas, TX. You will sell MV/LV switchgear, switchboards, and panelboards through direct channels while developing major Electrical Contractor accounts and nurturing end-user relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in selling power distribution equipment (MV/LV switchgear, switchboards).
• Strong track record of negotiating medium and large project orders and developing new contacts.

Responsibilities

• Sell power distribution products through direct channels and develop key accounts.
• Assemble large project package quotations to furnish a complete bill of material.
• Own and execute an account plan with the Sales Director.
• Identify revenue opportunities within defined accounts and capture client requirements.
• Forecast and provide information to Sales Director for capacity planning.
