• 10+ years of sales experience in electrical or related fields.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support distributors and electrical contractor opportunities in the San Diego market.
• Provide market presence and channel support to achieve share growth.
• Utilize SieSales to forecast contractor opportunities and manage a healthy pipeline.
• Support product lines including Panelboards, Switchboards, MV gear, lighting panels, LV/LV switchgear, Busway, MCCs, MCCBs, IEC/NEMA controls, safety switches.
• Build strategic account plans focusing on revenue retention/growth and customer loyalty.
• Establish long-term relationships with senior management at key accounts and channel partners.
