Job summary

New River Systems is seeking a Solution Architect to design DIA’s ServiceNow EAM implementation: the asset data model and lifecycle design, stockroom hierarchy, role and access model, and the reporting specification for DIA’s Enterprise Data Warehouse feed.

You will also lead requirements sessions establishing a first-ever requirements baseline for Terminations, stockroom hierarchy and historical data migration, so that future scope outside this delivery window is costable rather than undefined.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting ServiceNow Asset Management (EAM/HAM/SAM) solutions.
• Experience designing data models and lifecycle states for regulated asset records.
• Familiarity with NSN/FLIS data structures and DoD asset-management data standards.
• Ability to define requirements baselines for scope not yet funded.
• Strong on-site collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define the asset class/category model, stockroom hierarchy, and asset lifecycle states.
• Design the NSN/FLIS data staging approach with audit trail.
• Design the role and access model with sanitized views for asset visibility.
• Define the reporting specification for the EDW feed and baseline reporting framework.
• Lead requirements sessions for Terminations and data migration to a written baseline.
• Support Walk-phase design for full receiving-through-issuance capability across stockrooms.
• Document the boundary between this window and future integrations and scope.
