Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Manager to lead the Dallas site launch from the ground up. This on-site role reports to the Regional Workplace Manager and will hire and develop a Workplace Coordinator as the site scales.

You'll manage design-build, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional experience for employees, executives, customers, and guests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, office operations, or a related field.
• Experience opening a new office or managing a significant office expansion is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing workplace budgets, vendor contracts, landlord and building management relationships.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports with a focus on accountability, service, and growth.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with People, IT, Security, Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dallas office launch and build-out, partnering on design, space planning, and vendor selection.
• Own day-to-day workplace operations with scalable systems, ensuring safety, functionality, and polish.
• Manage building and vendor relationships, act as primary contact for facilities and maintenance.
• Own the workplace budget, including forecasting, expenses, and cost optimization.
• Deliver hospitality and visitor experiences, overseeing front-of-house, visitor management, and visits.
