Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Food & Beverage Manager to define and lead a global F&B strategy across offices, data centers, and manufacturing. You’ll own guidelines, vendor relationships, and the budget, partnering with Site Operations, EHS, and regional teams.

You will transition Crusoe to an in-house lunch and catering partner, oversee sustainability, cost efficiency, and program health, and travel ~25–30% to Crusoe sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading corporate food & beverage or hospitality programs.
• Experience designing catering, dining, or events programs with vendor contracts.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or data center environments (24/7).
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Data-driven budgeting and cost modeling experience.
• Sustainable food service practices aligned to vendor standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel ~25–30% of time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Crusoe’s global F&B strategy across offices, data centers, and manufacturing.
• Establish company-wide F&B guidelines ensuring quality, inclusivity, sustainability, and cost control.
• Transition to in-house lunch and catering partner for daily meals and events.
• Lead F&B planning for new site openings from strategy to launch.
• Tailor F&B standards with Site Ops and EHS for shift-based environments.
• Own program economics by budgeting, benchmarking, and cost optimization.
• Build sustainability into the program and track progress.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide playbooks for local execution.
• Track program health, employee satisfaction, cost per person, waste, and vendor performance.
