Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We’re solving that — with an energy‑first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem‑solving, opportunity‑finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high‑performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to help scale and operationalize our global Workplace organization as the company continues to grow across offices, data center locations, and new markets.

This role will be responsible for driving cross‑functional Workplace programs from planning through execution, ensuring consistency, operational rigor, and strong employee experiences across all locations.

The Workplace Program Manager will partner closely with Workplace Leads, Real Estate, People, IT, Security, and Finance teams to deliver initiatives that support Crusoe’s rapid expansion.

Success in this role requires strong program management skills, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and a proactive approach to building scalable systems and processes. This individual will help translate Workplace strategy into repeatable programs that can be implemented consistently as Crusoe grows.

This is a highly collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building structure in fast‑moving environments.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Partner with Workplace leadership to design and implement scalable frameworks that support Crusoe’s global Workplace organization as the company grows.
  • Develop standardized operational playbooks and program structures across site types (corporate offices, satellite offices, manufacturing, and data center locations) to ensure consistent workplace operations as the company scales.
  • Lead cross‑functional Workplace programs from planning through execution, partnering with teams across Real Estate, People, IT, Security, and Finance.
  • Partner with Workplace Leads to ensure consistent workplace standards and a reliable employee experience across locations.
  • Establish program governance and prioritization frameworks that provide visibility into Workplace initiatives and ensure work aligns with team objectives.
  • Support the rollout of new Workplace tools, services, and processes by developing change, communication, and enablement plans that drive adoption across the Workplace team and partner groups, including initiatives that increase AI fluency and automation.
  • Gather feedback and analyze program outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement, helping teams translate insights into actions that improve program delivery and workplace experience.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Workplace Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs in fast‑growing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and scalable operational frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving progress without fully defined structures.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational challenges into structured programs and scalable solutions.
  • Experience supporting multi‑site or global environments preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off & paid holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
  • Employer contributions to HSA account
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability
  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement
  • Mental health & wellness support
  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)
  • Cell phone stipend
  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary
  • Volunteer time off
Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $128,700 - $156,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
