Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Food & Beverage Manager to lead the next chapter of food at Crusoe: creating a cohesive F&B strategy across offices, data centers, and manufacturing. You’ll own guidelines, vendors, and budgets end-to-end, partnering with Site Operations, EHS, and regional Workplace teams.

This foundational role will shape our F&B approach for years to come and requires travel ~25–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading food & beverage at multiple sites.
• Experience with 24/7 shift environments (industrial, data center, manufacturing).
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Sustainability-focused food service practices and vendor standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Crusoe’s global F&B strategy across offices, data centers, and manufacturing.
• Establish company-wide F&B guidelines covering quality, dietary inclusivity, vendor standards, sustainability, and cost.
• Transition to an in-house lunch and catering partner for daily meals and site events.
• Lead F&B planning for new site openings from strategy through launch.
• Own program economics: manage the global F&B budget, benchmark costs, and drive efficiency as the program scales.
