Job summary

Crusoe in Dallas is seeking a highly capable Operations leader to stand up and run workforce housing programs for our construction sites. You will forecast capacity, lead site selection, and drive hospitality standards to ensure fast, safe, and scalable housing operations.

You’ll build playbooks, SOPs, and reporting rhythms, partner with procurement and real estate, and manage on-site coordinators and vendors to deliver exceptional resident experience while keeping budgets in check.

Qualifications

• An operator who has stood up and run complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build processes from scratch, including SOPs and reporting rhythms.
• Strong commercial and financial fluency, comfortable with budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Clear, credible communicator with executives and onsite problem-solving ability.
• Experience mentoring field or site-based teams and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workforce Hub operations with a hospitality-first mindset and high-standard living conditions.
• Lead vendor evaluations, monitor budgets, SLAs, and resident-experience KPIs.
• Define and enforce a program code of conduct for safety and comfort.
• Directly manage on-site Workforce Housing Site Coordinators and drive performance.
• Translate project labor curves into bed-delivery plans and re-plan as schedules shift.
• Partner with procurement and real estate to align spend, schedules, and site viability.
• Stand up new Workforce Hubs with focus on safety, hospitality, and rapid mobilization.
• Build repeatable playbooks and SOPs to speed up opening new sites.
• Use data to measure resident experience and maintain visibility as scale increases.
