Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Program Manager to operationalize and scale its global Workplace organization across offices and data centers. The role involves driving cross-functional programs, ensuring consistency and enhancing employee experiences as the company expands.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to build processes that support rapid growth and operational challenges. Competitive compensation is offered, including Restricted Stock Units and various benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Workplace Operations, or Business Operations.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-growing organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Workplace leadership to design scalable frameworks.
• Develop operational playbooks across site types.
• Lead cross-functional programs from planning to execution.
• Establish governance and prioritization frameworks.
• Support rollout of new Workplace tools and processes.
• Gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
