Job summary

The Staff Pad in Dallas, TX is hiring an IT Support & Office Operations Specialist to join its growing cloud services team. This is a full-time, on-site role that blends IT support, office operations, recruiting, training, and executive support across the US and with teams in France.

You will be the primary IT contact for on-site and remote staff, manage device lifecycles, onboard/offboard employees, support meetings and business apps, and help maintain a secure, organized office environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows laptops and Microsoft 365 users.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for on-site and remote employees and contractors across the U.S.
• Troubleshoot end-user technology issues and coordinate escalations with IT teams in France and the Americas.
• Manage laptop lifecycle including deployment, shipping, returns, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding to ensure new hires have equipment and access from day one.
• Provide hands-on support for network equipment, conference rooms, Teams meetings, and leadership/client meetings.
• Support business applications and platforms including Kantata, Jira, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
