Job summary

The Bonadio Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our Dallas, TX office. You will work closely with the IT team to provide timely, friendly desk-side and phone support to users across locations.

This is an on-site role with a focus on growing technical and professional skills in a fast-paced, client-service environment. Responsibilities include handling ServiceNow tickets, hardware/software troubleshooting, device provisioning, and inventory management with monday.com.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Help Desk Certification (ITIL, HDI) and/or help desk experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and have no mobility limitations.
• Ability to start promptly at 8:00 a.m. CDT.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for requests via ServiceNow, phone, email, and in person.
• Support hardware and software issues over the phone and on-site.
• Use call tracking software to manage work.
