Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Southwest, a remote, field-based hunter role covering a defined territory with travel to client sites. You will acquire new mid-market customers, manage a pipeline, and coordinate with an internal team to deliver tailored packaging solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B field sales with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Ability to develop territory plans and close new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to win new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery to understand client needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to Account Management.
