Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Oklahoma region. This remote, travel-heavy role focuses on acquiring new logo customers and expanding ePac's footprint in the market, with a one-year handoff to Account Management after acquisition.

You will build relationships, manage a full sales cycle, and collaborate with lead-gen and plant locations to drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B field sales with a proven target record.
• Strong hunter mentality with prospecting and closing passion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop a territory plan focused on acquiring mid-market customers and expanding accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to tailor packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention and profitability.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver customer support.
• Resolve customer issues related to product quality, service, and accounts with internal resources.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Prepare pricing and estimates using ePac's quoting tools.
• Represent ePac at regional and national trade shows and events.
• Consistently achieve pipeline, new business, and revenue growth objectives.
