Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to cover the Denver Metro region. This field‑based role requires relocation or residence near Denver and frequent travel to client sites, with the opportunity to drive new logo acquisition and grow ePac’s footprint in the region.

The position offers a base salary range of $80,000–$90,000 with additional commissions and a ramp‑up guarantee of $2,000/month for three months.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with targets.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and handoff.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid‑market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via outbound, networking, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present packaging.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Management.
• Develop multi‑level relationships with decision‑makers to drive growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Partner cross‑functionally to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating internal resources.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Prepare pricing using quoting tools and represent at trade shows.
