BlueSky Resource Solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to expand our presence in the Dallas market. You will build relationships with enterprise clients, identify new business opportunities, and partner with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier talent solutions that propel client success.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, manage negotiations and onboarding, and represent BlueSky at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in professional staffing or related services.
• Proven ability to build enterprise client relationships and win business.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow key client relationships across the Dallas area and be able to cover other Texas markets.
• Drive new business through strategic prospecting, meetings, and consultative sales.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Manage contract negotiations, onboarding, and account growth strategies.
• Represent BlueSky at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums.
