Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service seeks a Dallas-based Territory Sales professional to grow revenue across boilers, burners, rentals and service. You will partner with a technical team to tailor solutions, manage quotes, and drive orders from inquiry through collections.

You’ll engage at all levels of customer organizations, analyze opportunities, and contribute to regional plans while traveling across the state. A strong boiler-terminology background helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3+ years of sales experience with commercial/industrial boiler systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of boiler industry terminology advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build new business and expand existing accounts through consultative selling.
• Collaborate on RFQ research to align solutions with specifications.
• Prepare, track, and analyze quotes to improve close rates.
• Manage full customer/order lifecycle including invoicing and collections follow-up.
• Participate in regional associations; monitor competitors and market trends.
• Co-create and execute territory plans with management; travel 50%+.
