Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service in Dallas, TX seeks a Service Manager to lead the service department of mechanics, technicians, and welders. You will coordinate technical resources, respond to emergencies, and maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years boiler service technician experience with commercial/industrial steam and hot water boilers.
• Strong electrical and controls capabilities; proficient with MS Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write proposals based on customer needs.
• Review JSAs and safety audits; ensure personnel safety.
• Develop and evaluate employees.
• Review service tickets for accuracy, procedures, time entry, and materials.
• Manage job flow: manpower, scheduling, materials, dispatching.
• Monitor costs and job status.
• Schedule training for employees as needed.
• Manage employee discipline and adherence to policies.
• Achieve margins and KPIs as directed by General Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
